Lecture notes will be made available to listeners to accompany the lectures. The section of the script on which the lecture is based can be downloaded in advance via StudOn.
The lecture is based on 4 modules:
Module A: Rough overview of the subject matter of the lecture or the respective problem area
Module B: Fundamentals (guiding principles of the respective regulatory complex, economic background, overarching principles, classification in larger contexts)
Module C: Knowledge (definitions, details of case law, etc.)
Module D: Discussion (reflection on recent developments, discussion of alternatives, deepening of special questions in group discussions, etc.)
The lecture is not a substitute for independent study of the subject matter, but is intended as a support for understanding the respective area of law. It is assumed that the lecture will be prepared and followed up. Above all, however, it is expected that documents made available (e.g. judgments etc.) will be viewed before the lecture with a view to discussions held in the lecture.
