Specialization in Intellectual Property and Competition Law
Students on the Law degree course who are interested in specializing in intellectual property law and competition law as part of their specialization area studies (university law examination) have the opportunity to do so in specialization area 4.

The Chair of Civil Law, Intellectual Property Law and Technology Law regularly offers the following courses for spezialisation area 4:
Summer semester
- Copyright Law (2 SWS)
- Trademark Law (2 SWS)
- Seminar “Current issues of intellectual property and unfair competition law”
Winter semester
- Patent and design law (2 SWS)
- Unfair competition law (2 SWS)
- Seminar “Current issues of intellectual property and unfair competition law”
